History:
St. Thomas the Apostle was established in 1979. The original school campus was situated at St Mary's Greensborough. In 1980, the school moved to the present site in Greensborough North. The school continued to be administered from St Mary's until the Parish of St Thomas the Apostle was formed in January 1986 when Father Kevin McIntosh was appointed as the first Parish Priest.
The school was built in stages with the administration building, the final stage, being completed in 1995. This enabled the old administration area to be converted into a computer laboratory in 1997. Government BER grants in 2010 led to the inclusion of a multi-purpose hall, incorporating a full- size basketball stadium and stage. Administration was also refurbished to incorporate the school and parish administration offices together for the first time. Our current Parish Priest is Father Steven Rigo.
