Role Description/Criteria

Trinity Primary School is an inclusive and welcoming primary school located in Richmond. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic person to teach Visual Arts for a fixed term, part- time position for the 2025 school year. There is a strong possibility that this position may continue beyond 2025 if a suitable applicant is found. 

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong commitment to Catholic education
  • Sound knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards
  • Be familiar with and comply with the school's child-safe policy and code of conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety 
  • An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, families and colleagues 
  • An ability to create a collaborative and reflective learning environment that educates, engages and challenges 
  • An eagerness to learn and develop expert teacher practice 
  • A willingness to participate in school, and community events

 Special Requirements:

Currently teahing Thursdays and Fridays, however, this could be negotiated to suit a suitable applicant.
