ÌýSYSTEMS/SCIENCE (Yr 9 - 12)
- Systems Engineering is an interdisciplinary field which encompasses both mechanical and electrical systems.Ìý
- Includes software development specific to hardware used in products students create and also investigates new and emerging technologies within the field.
- It makes links to renewable energy practices and subsequently clean energy technology solutions for our future. Providing a platform for the creation of effective systems which meet the needs of their intended purpose.
- The core fundamentals of the subject are centred around the design and development of efficient Systems which address inefficiencies and reduce waste.Ìý
- Learners ultimately identify challenges and find effective solutions in the creation of a various types of electro mechanical systems.Ìý
- Foster students' problem-solving, critical thinking, and computational thinking skills.
