Role Description/Criteria
St Dominic's Primary School, Camberwell East is seeking a Learning Support Officer to join our team. This is a fixed term position for for Term 4, 2024.Ìý
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

Responsibilities:
- Work with teachers to support student/s with additional needs, under the direction of the Learning Diversity Leader
- Meet regularly with the Learning Diversity Leader to discuss student needs, progress and program provision
- Work with students on a one to one basis
- Liaise with teachers to develop and evaluate the goals and strategies of student Personalised Learning Plans
- Contribute to Student Support Group meetings with the Learning Diversity Leader and teacher/s in relation to student needs, goals and support
- Provide information for submissions on a needs basis, including NCCD
- Attend professional learning opportunities when applicable
- Maintain a commitment to child safety in keeping with our Child Safe Policy and Child Safe Code of Conduct (these can be accessed via our school website)
