The Thomas Carr College Titan
10 March 2022
Thomas Carr College, Tarneit, has recently launched a new representative, one that is gigantic in both size and power: the TCC Titan.
The brand-new college mascot stands for both greatness and achievement, as well as being influential and representing incredible strength and confidence. The TCC Titan will support both the college and students in sporting activities such as athletics and sports carnivals, along with other key college events.
‘The Titan has brought about much excitement to our entire college community’, said Margie White, Sport and Co-Curricular Leader at the college. ‘It is a symbol of what we aspire to be as a college and we are thrilled that the Titan has become a new source of inspiration for our students now, as well as for our future students.’
The Titan will not only provide some great memories for students at the college, but also build a connection to future students in the Tarneit and overall Wyndham community. ‘The Titan provides a wonderful connect for the students at the college which will grow as students interact and engage, building school spirit and pride’, said Principal Craig Holmes.
Thomas Carr College invites everyone in the Wyndham community to meet the official TCC Titan at the 2022 College Open Day. Come along and take a photo with the Titan and share it on social media with #tcctitan. The college’s open day is on Sunday 20 March, from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm.
