With a cast and crew of over 50 students, 10 staff and 36 students from feeder Catholic primary schools forming the chorus, the St John’s Regional College, Dandenong, production of The Addams Family promises to be incredibly special.

Students and staff have been working on the production since November last year, rehearsing for over four hours every week, aiming for a show of professional standard.

The production is the largest extracurricular involvement students participate in, with many taking on key creative and leadership roles in the show.

St John’s Regional College has also worked collaboratively with many local Catholic schools on the sharing of costume and set resources to stage the production.

The show will be performed at the Alexander Theatre, Monash University Clayton Campus, on:

• Thursday 12 August at 7 pm (chorus: St Mary’s School, Dandenong)
• Friday 13 August at 7 pm (chorus: St Kevin’s School, Hampton Park)
• Saturday 14 August at 2 pm (chorus: St Paul Apostle North School, Endeavour Hills).
