Rerum Novarum Award winners

Melbourne ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Catholic Schools and the Rerum Novarum Foundation have announced the winners of the inaugural Rerum Novarum Awards.
Students in Years 10 to 12 were asked to address a social justice issue in their community, using the ‘See, Judge, Act’ method to apply the principles of Catholic social teaching to their project. Proposals included a research paper, a video submission, a project impact report and a funding proposal. Three grants, one each of $10,000, $5,000 and $2,500, were available to the winning projects.
