  • Relationship Building: The ability to develop respectful, learning-centered relationships with children and their families.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, colleagues, parents/carers, and community members.
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: A willingness to engage with colleagues in a cycle of continuous inquiry and learning about effective teaching practices.
  • School Community Participation: An eagerness to participate in the broader life of the school, including the Sacramental program, camps, and community events.

  • Tech Savvy: Experience in using information technologies as tools for learning. Familiarity with Google Drive and Seesaw is a plus.
